Complete salad bar, deli bar, dessert bar, and ice cream cups available or popsicles.

Monday:

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs with salsa, oatmeal, hash browns, maple bacon, French toast w/maple syrup

Lunch

Chicken Jerusalem with artichokes and swiss, rice pilaf, French fries, Chicken Caesar wraps, two veggies, green salad w/dressing

Dinner

Veggie lasagna, roast pork loin w/demi-glaze, mashed potatoes, wild rice, two seasonal veggies, green salad w/ dressing

Tuesday:

Breakfast

Diced ham & scrambled eggs, home fries, pancakes w/blackberries, sausage, cream of wheat

Lunch

Chicken enchiladas smothered in cheese and green sauce, burritos, rice, beans, two veggies

Dinner

Chicken breast parmesan on a bed of marinara with, spinach fettuccini, white rice, , two seasonal veggies, green salad w/dressing

Wednesday:

Breakfast

Egg McMuffin® style breakfast sandwich, scrambled eggs w/cheese & ham, bacon, hash browns, Buttermilk waffles with butter and syrup, cinnamon oatmeal

Lunch

BBQ chicken wings, bacon cheeseburger, French fries, white rice, two seasonal veggies, green salad w/dressing

Dinner

Old fashioned meatloaf, mushroom gravy, potatoes au gratin, white rice, Herb roasted Chicken thighs, two seasonal veggies, green salad w/dressing

Thursday:

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, bacon, hash browns, French toast w/syrup, maple cream of wheat

Lunch

Barbecued ribs, onion rings, hot dogs, rice pilaf, two seasonal veggies, green salad w/dressing

Dinner

Roast Turkey, chicken in thyme sauce, cinnamon applesauce, baked potatoes, winter-mix veggies, rice, green salad w/dressing

Friday:

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs w/ cheese, home fries, bacon, pancakes w/syrup & butter, oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar.

Lunch

Breaded fish, spaghetti with meatballs, garlic bread sticks, two veggies & green salad w/dressing.

Dinner

Roast beef, roasted potato wedges, baked ziti, garlic bread, two vegetables, green salad w/ dressing.

Saturday:

Breakfast

Frittata (w/spinach & mushrooms & onions & jack), hash browns, bacon/sausage, waffles w/ blueberries, scrambled eggs w/ mushrooms, maple & brown sugar oatmeal

Lunch

Philly Steak sandwich with cheese and onions and bell peppers, pizza, onion rings, rice, seasonal veggies

Dinner

Baked fish steamed with miso and sesame oil and green onions, rice pilaf, grilled chicken Santa Fe sandwich, choice of two veggies, mixed veggies over pasta, green salad w/dressing.

Sunday:

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs w/ cheese, ham, tator-tots potatoes, blueberry pancakes w/syrup and butter.

Lunch

Beef stroganoff w/sour cream and fettuccini egg noodles, chicken sandwich, roasted potato wedges,  two seasonal vegetables.

Dinner

Pizza (cheese and/or pepperoni), fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, French fries, two veggies, green salad w/dressing
